Visions New Day Ministries

President Nora Seivert opened the meeting at 7:11 pm.
·
The reading of
the Secretary’s report was dispensed with.
·
Mary Krupa gave the treasurer’s report. The balance in the
treasury is $436.55.
·
NEW BUSINESS:
o Coach’s restaurant will re-open as Club Coaches with
dancers in bikinis on November 19th. This may be in violation of
city ordinances.
·
Councilman John
R. Swierz was unable to attend this meeting.
·
Officer __________
:
o There have been almost no problems lately. There has
been some fighting on South
Heights. She asked
questions about the new Club Coaches.
o She works this beat on Thursdays and Fridays. Officer
Brent Gaitano works the other days. Officer Ed Cole works dayturn and Officer
Bob DeMaiolo works midnights.
o Six new officers were recently hired.
o She was given information on drug houses.

Phil Kidd with
MVOC:
o Delivered basket raffle tickets for sale to raise
funds for matching grants for the Jackson
School Park
project.
o Talked about actual implementation of code
enforcement (finally) and Maureen Farris’ role. She wants to work with
neighborhood groups.
o Discussed the progress of the land bank and the role
of Lien Forward and the Paul Gains, the county prosecutor.

adjourned at 8:00 pm.
